Emtran is led by Tony Emery, the managing partner.  Tony worked at a senior level in the ticketing industry for more than two decades.  He is well respected for the knowledge and practical experience he brings to all aspects of smart ticketing, including system design, specification and implementation.  Tony Emery of Emtran

Tony has a particular interest in ITSO-based systems, where his in-depth understanding of the ITSO specification and related compliance issues have underpinned a range of activities.  He was, indeed, a key figure in the achieving the first fully compliant ITSO POST now being rolled out in the UK.

Recently elected a Director of ITSO, Tony represents the supplier side of the industry and currently co-chairs the Supplier Special Interest Group (SSIG).
